and breads. The quick way to roast almonds is to take a flat safe for microwave dish and spread raw almonds on the dish flat.
Depending on your microwave oven, it will take from three to five minutes to roast them. My microwave is a 1000 watts
and takes three and half minutes for a nice crunch. After you can coat the nuts with about a teaspoon of butter or extra virgin
